Pineland Park

Description

Pineland Park is a small, town-run mini-park in Swansboro's Swansboro Heights neighborhood. It has several types of play equipment for children and a covered picnic pavilion with tables, and grills are on site for cookouts. The pavilion can be reserved through the Town of Swansboro Parks and Recreation Department for $15 an hour for residents and $25 an hour for non-residents. The park is open all day, every day. Parking is limited, so it suits a quick neighborhood playground stop or a small family gathering better than a large group. A reservation is the way to plan a birthday or cookout under the pavilion.
