New River Waterfront Park

Description

New River Waterfront Park sits in downtown Jacksonville along the New River, built around a lighted boardwalk over the water. Families can stroll the boardwalk, sit on the benches, and use the picnic tables, with parking on site. The lighting makes it usable in the evening as well as during the day. It is a low-key waterfront stop that rounds out downtown Jacksonville's public park inventory rather than a large playground destination.
