High Tides & Good Vibes is an indoor entertainment center on NC Highway 50 in Surf City with attractions for a range of ages. The facility has 16 bowling lanes with lane-side food and drink service, a laser tag arena, and a large arcade that mixes ticket-redemption games with newer video and virtual reality titles. Younger children can play in the Ballistics Tower, a multi-level zone where they shoot soft foam balls from interactive air guns. An indoor ropes course, which has a height requirement, and an XD dark ride with motion seats and on-screen gameplay add more active options. Golf and multi-sport simulators, axe throwing, interactive darts and karaoke are also available. Attractions operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are priced individually, with bowling and simulators rented by the hour. The venue also has a restaurant, a cookie bar and an outdoor lawn with a stage for live music. A waiver is required, outside food and drinks are not allowed, and birthday party packages are available.
